Partner Training
A group of 2 to 3 people at predetermined times and days. It has similar benefits of 1on 1 training, but at a lesser cost. It is designed to make each training session feel like a 1on1. If cost is an issue and you want to workout with a friend or friends, then Partner Training is the way to go.

If you want to lose weight, lose inches, get stronger or improve your health and overall fitness level, we will provide you with the right game plan for you to reach your fitness goals.
Our personal training sessions are created for the clients specific needs and desires.
Sports Performance
Expect to see improvement and performance increases in, Strength, power, speed , flexibility coordination, balance, explosion, confidence, and nutrition.
Boot Camp
45-60 min class, a combination of aerobic exercise and resistance training. This class is customized to meet the needs of the attendees regardless of your fitness level.
This class combines fun and energizing exercises to provide an awesome workout experience. We use bands, kettle bells, TRX Suspension Trainer resistance, med balls, and other forms of resistance training to challenge you.
Workout Packges:
5 sessions = 1 day weekly (workouts)
10 sessions = 1-2 days weekly (workouts)
15 sessions= 2-3 days weekly (workouts)
20 sessions = 3-4 days weekly (workouts)
