resistance training. This class is customized to meet the needs of the
attendees regardless of your fitness level. This class combines fun and energizing exercises to provide an awesome workout experience. We use bands, kettle bells, TRX Suspension Trainer resistance, med balls, and other forms of resistance training to challenge you. |
